    Adult Social Work Partnerships is an independent social work service, specialised in adult social care, established in 2015 by Mark Caulfield. Mark is an independent social worker (both BIA and AMHP trained), registered with the HCPC and BASW with over 11 years post-qualifying experience of working with adults in community, acute and forensic settings.

    Mark undertakes independent social circumstances assessments commissioned by solicitors, providing written and oral evidence for First-Tier Tribunals (Mental Health). Alongside social work, Mark develops and delivers evidence and value-based training to a range of professionals.
